The 140th Year Anniversary Celebration of the Emancipation Proclamation Project
Washington D.C. and Virginia, Cassandra West, LLc, spearheaded a national educational campaign that ended in concurrent resolution H. Con. Res 36 and S. Con Res 15 to honor and celebrate the 140th year anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation. In addition to serving as the main graphic design company for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Newport News Chapter.
